Disaster Team
Clyde Disaster Team We are planning a three day trip April 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2008 which is Wednesday - Friday. You have plenty of time to plan. If anyone wants to also go on Monday and Tuesday of that same week, we can do that as well. The Western NC Conference is continuing to work in Clyde on some older home repairs and on building a new home for a flooded victim. All help is needed, male and female. Lunch and sleeping quarters are provided as before. I need to know a firm commitment of those who would like to participate no later than the first week of March 2008. Pastor's Discretionary Fund giving helps people in need purchase prescriptions and medical needs, and provide various sorts of emergency assistance through interviews at United Way.
